Clint and Michelle
Well, it was Oct. 13, 2000 and I had
been telling my (now) fiancé that I wanted us to carve
a pumpkin for Halloween. He had me meet him over
at our friend's house and they had just happened to
have fixed my favorite meal that night. Afterwards, they
suggested that we all carve a pumpkin which they
had already purchased that day.
So, our friend passed us each a pumpkin to begin carving. We cut
the tops off and began cleaning out the pumpkins and I
just so happened to find a beautiful platinum ring in
mine - I pulled it out and just looked at him. He got
down on one knee in front of all of our friends and
proposed. Our wedding date is Sept. 15, 2001! I thought
that was such a sweet idea he came up with.
