Bride Emergency List

Want to be ultra-prepared for anything that may happen on your wedding day? Creating a bridal emergency kit using our bride emergency list is a great way to relieve some of your stress and may even help you to save the day. And, creating your bridal emergency kit is not that hard! Use the bride emergency list below to help you with your shopping and gathering - something you may be good at or enjoy anyway!

Bride Emergency List:

  • Advil or Tylenol
  • Antacids
  • Antihistamine (for allergies)
  • Band-aids
  • Bobby pins
  • Bottled water
  • Clear finger nail polish (for runs in pantyhose)
  • Deodorant
  • Extra buttons
  • Extra nail polish (color of your painted nails)
  • Extra pair pantyhose
  • Gum
  • Hair spray
  • Hand mirror
  • Hard candy
  • Kleenex
  • Lint brush
  • Lotion
  • Makeup
  • Masking tape
  • Mints
  • Mouthwash
  • Nail clippers
  • Nail file
  • Needle and thread (clear thread if possible)
  • Tampons/pads
  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Phone numbers (especially cell numbers)
  • Safety pins
  • Shout wipes
  • Sunscreen

Don't forget to look for the items on the bride emergency list in your house (or your parent's house!) before going out and buying them for your Bridal Emergency Kit. You don't want to spend a lot of extra money on these things, but they could come in very handy - so if you can collect them, it could help you out a great deal.

Have fun creating your bridal emergency kit - you could even use this as a game at a shower or bachelorette party (ask guests to bring one item from the bride emergency list or have a scavenger hunt in the neighborhood to collect the items on the bride emergency list). Add some of your own personality to the Bride Emergency List to make your day even more special. (For example, if you love Sour Patch Kids candy, throw some of those in!)

Last, but not least, you will need something to hold all of the stuff on this bride emergency list in. Head to Target or Sam's Club to find an inexpensive carrying case for your bride emergency list. Try the kids section - they may have fun, hard-plastic, makeup cases that could be perfect for an emergency kit.

Best Wishes!
